Action words are also known as action verbs. These are words that expresses physical or mental actions. It is merely expressing an action or something that a person, animal, force of nature, or thing can do. Here are some simple action verbs and sentences
Eat : The boy is eating vegetables.
Paint: The boy is painting on a canvas.
Cook: The chef are cooking in the kitchen.
Dance: The kids are dancing in the party.
Sing: Larry is singing on the stage.
Cry: The girl is crying.
Read: He is reading a book.
Write: I am writing a letter.
Walk: The man is walking.
